Refund Policy

DialAnytime is a service operated by Kingmaker Analytics LLC. We want you to feel confident about subscribing. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect. Please read it before purchasing a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.
1. Subscription Billing Overview
DialAnytime is a subscription service billed on a recurring monthly cycle. When you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You are charged immediately for the first billing period
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand
- You receive a monthly allotment of call minutes included in your plan
- Overage minutes (minutes used beyond your plan allotment) are billed at the per-minute overage rate displayed on your plan and charged on your next invoice
2. General Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. When you pay for a billing period, you receive immediate access to the service for that period, and the allotted minutes become available for use right away.
Because the service is delivered immediately upon payment and call minutes can be used at any point during the billing period, we are unable to offer routine refunds for partially used or unused billing periods.
3. When Refunds May Be Issued
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
3.1 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. If you notice a duplicate charge, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve it.
3.2 Service Unavailability
If DialAnytime experiences a significant, sustained outage (meaning the service was completely unavailable to you for a material portion of your billing period through no fault of your own), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, or a service credit, at our discretion. Brief or intermittent interruptions, scheduled maintenance, and outages caused by third-party infrastructure (such as telephone carrier issues) are not eligible for refunds.
3.3 Billing Errors
If you are charged an incorrect amount due to a system error (for example, you were billed at a higher plan rate than the one you selected), we will correct the error and refund the difference.
3.4 Unauthorized Charges
If you believe your account or payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized, issue a full refund and take appropriate steps to secure your account.
3.5 First Billing Period
If you are a new subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, and you have used fewer than 10 minutes of your plan allotment during that period, we will issue a full refund of your first subscription payment. This courtesy applies only to your very first paid billing period and may be used only once per customer.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partially used billing periods. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you retain access to the service through the end of the current billing period, but no prorated refund is issued for the remaining days.
- Used minutes. Minutes that have been consumed through completed calls cannot be refunded or credited back to your account.
- Overage charges for minutes already used. If you used minutes beyond your plan allotment, those overage charges reflect actual usage and are non-refundable.
- Plan downgrades. When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference between your current and new plan during the remaining period, as you continue to receive the benefits of your current plan until renewal.
- Voluntary account closure. If you choose to close your account, any remaining time on your current billing period is forfeited. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before closing your account to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Free trial. The free trial is provided at no cost and is not a paid service. There is nothing to refund for free trial usage.
- Dissatisfaction with AI responses. Because AI-generated responses vary in quality and accuracy (as described in our Terms of Service), we cannot issue refunds based on the content, accuracy, or helpfulness of specific AI responses.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

When submitting a refund request, please include:
- The email address associated with your DialAnytime account
- The approximate date and amount of the charge in question
- A brief description of why you are requesting a refund
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment processor) and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Delays in resolving the issue (chargebacks can take weeks or months to process)
- Suspension of your DialAnytime account while the dispute is under review
- Additional fees that may be passed along if the chargeback is found to be unwarranted
We will cooperate fully with legitimate chargeback inquiries and provide transaction records to your bank or card issuer as needed.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how cancellation works:
- When cancellation takes effect: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You continue to have full access to the service, including your remaining minutes, until that date.
- No further charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing period.
- Reactivation: If you change your mind, you may reactivate your subscription at any time. Your plan and pricing may be subject to the rates in effect at the time of reactivation.
The free trial is a one-time offer. Once you have subscribed to a paid plan, you cannot return to the free trial, even if you cancel and re-subscribe later.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
